Humberto Capeles is a 2025 2B/MIF, IF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Rahway, NJ who attends Rahway High School. Medium frame with young build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.77 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with high hands and back elbow, handsy swing with loft to barrel, disconnected elbow path through launch/turn, made consistent contact. Worked out in the infield, plays low to ground, up on toes, fields out front cleanly, deep dive into back hip through load, clocked up to 60 mph on throws across, very compact arm stroke. Very good student.
