Tristan Dolan is a 2028 C/UT with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Auburndale, MA who attends Belmont Hill. Medium, square shouldered frame with present strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.75 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, young actions behind the plate and will continue to refine footwork coming out of crouch, higher exchange, full arm action on throws and shows accuracy down to second base, carry will keep developing to second base. Shorter steps on the move in the infield, funnels ball cleanly going to glove side, ball comes out of hand cleanly and shows carry on to first base. Right-handed hitter, begins with a narrow and open start at the plate, utilizes a big stride moving into contact. Long swing path through the zone and looks to generate lift at the point of contact, incorporates strength ewll in swing and creates nice present bat speed, gets uphill with stroke at times.
