Nate Di Paola is a 2025 1B/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Markham, ON. Features a medium, compact build with some strength present. Ran a 7.45 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman. Showcased sound fundamentals around the bag. Catches the ball consistently with good footwork throughout the approach. Was accurate with most feeds. Consistently makes the routine play. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base stance into a toe tap timing mechanism. Gets on plane early with good extension out front. Has some barrel feel present. Power should continue to develop. Right-handed pitcher. Throws strikes often. Fastball got up to 72 mph with some cut action. Paired it with a big breaking curveball in the low-60’s. Still refining consistent command on the edges of the plate.
