Cody Carmichael is a 2027 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Goodyear, AZ. Large, broad shouldered frame with present strength throughout. Ran an 8.40 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, higher set in drills, shows an accurate arm from behind the dish, lower slot on throws, will continue to refine footwork with additional reps, longer release, shows accuracy when on top of ball. On the mound he stands tall with a good pitchers body. He throws out of a three quarter arm slot. His fastball has good movement and topped out at 73 mph.. He stays tall on release which creates a good downward tilt. At first base he showed good feet with an accurate arm. He was consistent with his double play feeds. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and a low hand set. He shows a direct path to the baseball, remaining shorter from launch; short finish through contact as well, will continue to unlock additional strength moving forward.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
