Delgado is an INF who projects best at 2B at the next level. Shows real good hands, decent actions and a pretty good arm. His best defensive attribute is his glove. He displayed a good hard swing with a strong finish. Aggressive hitter who shows some power. He needs to get in the right program that will allow him to develop his skills. It could work out good for both Delgado and the college program.
