Brayden Ricketts is a 2024 C/1B/3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Brampton, ON who attends Jean Augustine Secondary School. Large frame with strong, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.29 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, easy stroke that he repeats well, working to all fields on a line, has juice to pull-side when arms get extended out front, has ability to lift the baseball, sprays liner contact around and flashes ability to drive the gaps with backspin. Worked out behind the plate, clean out of crouch with repeatable and balanced footwork, quick transfer with fluidity and good timing, clocked up to 73 mph on throws with accuracy. Very good student.
