Michael Salvi is a 2027 OF/RHP/1B/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends St. John Neumann. A longer & larger frame with length throughout it. Room to keep filling out moving forward. Ran an 8.04 60-yard dash. A primary outfielder who works into it with a jumping crow-hop into this throws from the outfield. Throws from the outfield came out with a lower flight. Worked out as an infielder with accuracy to his throws out of a higher slot, making the throws across to the bag. Worked out at first base as well, fielding with two hands out front, making the throws across the diamond from that higher arm slot with a longer arm action. A right-handed hitter with higher hands and a low back elbow. He sinks aggressively into his load and then steps with the front foot as he strides, getting his hands to it. Worked to the opposite field for the most part during his round of BP. Took to the mound as a right-handed pitcher who worked out of the stretch only. Pitched from a higher over-the-top arm slot with a leg lift up to the belt. Gets the arm through the back with a higher lead arm as he works down the mound. Threw strikes and filled up the zone during his outing on the mound. Showed a breaking ball in the arsenal as well. Excellent student.
