Andrew Britton is a 2028 1B/RHP/3B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert. Medium frame with some present muscularity and the type of frame that will allow for good future development. Primary position 1B, aggressively working to the ball playing well in his legs. Emerging overall glove work and feel for around the bag. Very full arm action with online throws up to 79 mph accurately across the diamond. Reps in the OF as well, again moving quickly to the ball. Shorter arm path here with good midline transfer. Secondary RHP, working exclusively from the stretch on the 3B side of the rubber. Hands set at belly and breaks from there into compact inline arm path to an over the top arm angle. Glides down the slope to foot strike and tends to get a bit rotational before foot strike. FB up to 70 mph staying true through the zone. Only showed a couple CB with rolling vertical shape in the low-60s. RHH starting with an even stance, quiet trigger with middle of the field approach. Direct path to ball with line drive type swing and most of his power is ahead of him. Did find the barrel a lot and shows hitter type actions. Young athlete with more to come.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
