2022 Summer Northeast Showcase (Wed-Thurs)
Alex Winters is a 2024 OF/ with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Princeton, NJ who attends Princeton. High-waisted, young, athletic build with tons of physical projection remaining to be added throughout his frame. 6.60-second runner during the sixty. Primary outfielder, comes and gets it working through the ball with an exaggerated crow hop. Carries his momentum through his throws with developing arm strength, up to 73 mph to the bases. Tended to work uphill and get under his throws. Left-handed hitter, sets up with a slightly open stance and a high-hand set. Loose, levered stroke displaying strong feel for the barrel with impact to the pull side. Showed the ability to create lift through extension with power projection to the right-center field gap. Advanced approach that will be one to watch as he fills out. Tremendous student. Named to Summer Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
