Leo Paragarino is a 2024 C/OF with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Danbury, CT who attends Henry Abbott Technical. Medium, square shouldered frame with a mature build and strength throughout. Ran a 7.35 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, compact set up behind the plate, utilizes some lower half in gaining ground and can continue to further implement, longer arm action and take away out of glove, shows arm strength on throws down to second base with accuracy. Left-handed hitter, begins with a narrow stance in the box and utilizes a longer stride moving into contact. Stays shorter to the ball from launch and shows quickness to hands, looks to generate lift in path. Occasionally gets mistimed but shows nice separation when in sync, comfort working to pull side, has some life off of the barrel. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
