Christopher Takita is a 2024 OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Cos Cob, CT who attends Greenwich Country Day. Well proportioned athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high hand load, gets into his strong hips well at the plate and creates bat speed, has lift in his swing and can drive the ball gap to gap. 5.02 runner in the forty. Primary outfielder on defense, has young footwork through the ball and developing glove work, topped out at 76 mph on his drill throws. Bat is his best tool at present. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
