Sj Wall is a 2027 SS/3B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Jackson, NJ who attends Jackson Liberty. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.25 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves to the ball well and attacks it, shows some range, gets too quick with actions at times, hands play out front at the ball, gets taller into gather and shows ability to throw from multiple slots across the diamond. Shorter steps on the approach in outfield, effort and intent on throws, gets across body at times but shows arm strength on throws to intended base. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing in the box. Lets the ball travel and shows quickness to hands, able to impact the baseball the other way. Swings with intent and able to turn on the baseball, couple well struck balls to the pull side gap, tools to build off of moving forward.
