Rowan Bonifas is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Verona, WI who attends Verona Area. Recorded a 7.67 sixty yard dash. Larger frame with some present strength in the build. Primary pitcher, who worked out of the stretch only. Throws from an over-the-top arm slot. Showed good signs of pitchability and feel for what he is trying to do on the mound. Cutting action on his FB, registered at 77 mph. Secondary outfielder, who works with developing foot speed to the ball. Fields it off to the side of his body with a longer arm action from the outfield. Some carry on his throws. In the box, Bonifas hits from the right side. Hits from a wide base and average balanced. Gets over rotational at times in the box and creates rollover contact. Made solid contact in his round of BP, and indicates there is more left in the frame. Solid bat speed as well. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
