Ryder Concannon is a 2027 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Saline, MI who attends Saline. Solid athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Has a well paced delivery on the mound with a high leg raise start and a high 3/4's arm slot, arm action is long and loose and he gets out front and downhill well at release. Fastball topped out at 84 mph early with good downhill angle. Slider has nice shape when located down in the zone, firm change up was a promising pitch as well. Has the potential to be a three pitch starter type with solid mechanics and strike throwing ability. 7.67 runner in the sixty. Plays third base when not on the mound, has good arm strength and makes accurate throws, still learning glove position and preparedness. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a foot turn load, has a well balanced swing and hits under control, gap to gap contact with occasional lift. Very good student.
