Jorden Espino is a 2027 C/MIF/UT with a 5-6 117 lb. frame from Voorhees, NJ who attends Paul Vi. Espino works from a young developing build with additional room to add strength in the future. As a primary C, he displayed a squared set flashing a direct mid-line transfer with ground gained in the footwork. He showcased a refining arm action with arm strength that should continue to develop as Espino physically matures. Posted a 2.28 pop time. On the mound, the righty displayed a balanced and repeatable operation releasing from a high 3/4 slot to ultimately top out at 73 mph. He pitched to contact and worked an efficient inning during his appearance. Offensively, Espino started from a wider base with a high compact hand set and simple leg lift trigger to produce contact to all parts of the field. He kept the bat path level through the zone with a contact oriented approach. Ran a 8.21 sixty yard dash.
