Nicholas Clyne is a 2025 2B/SS, UT with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Garden City, NY who attends Garden City. Works from a medium compact frame with squared shoulders. Primary second baseman, works through the baseball at a deliberate pace, has some lateral range, showcased decent glove actions, releases from an over-the-top slot, delivered fairly accurate throws, will increase arm strength with mechanical refinement. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even base with a low hand set-up, works into an uphill swing path, gets drifty and a bit rotational at times, has some present hand speed, recorded an exit velocity of 81 mph. Ran a 7.45 sixty-yard dash. Great student.
