Benny Santos is a 2025 SS/RHP, C, IF, OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Canyon Country, CA who attends Canyon. Compact, wiry frame with athletic traits in the body. Ran a 7.48 in the 60-yard dash. Showed a strong arm and confident approach in his outfield and infield drills. Fields it well on a hop with solid athleticism in release. Also a catcher, gains ground from a shorter crouch and has good accuracy to the bag. Right-handed pitcher, works from a shorter three-quarter slot with good direction down the mound. Feel for a potent fastball and curveball that vary shape and velocity. Right-handed hitter, even base and toe tap load. Line drive approach stays through the middle with good feel for the barrel. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
