Wright Broadhead is a 2027 3B/RHP, C, 1B, OF with a 5-11 174 lb. frame from Winchester, VA who attends Highland. Works from a medium frame. Primary third baseman, funneled the ball well, created momentum on the throw, recorded arm strength up to 76 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, displayed a deliberate and elongated operation, full wind-up delivery, rocks back on the leg lift, compact arm stroke, filled up the zone with his mix, produced weak contact, ran the fastball up to 75 mph, projects for more velocity and strength as he physically matures. From the outfield, attacked the ball well, fielded the ball properly off his front foot, displayed carry on the throws, recorded arm strength up to 76 mph. Behind the plate, starts in a side-saddled stance, compact arm action, throws were around the bag, recorded a pop time of 2.26 and arm strength up to 68 mph. Right-handed hitter, started in an upright even base with tight hands, rotational lower-half, some present bat speed, impacted baseballs with authority when timed-up, good strength in the hands, several line drives to the pull-side. Ran an 8.05 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine Mid-Atlantic Top Prospect List.
