Kayden McKay is a 2027 OF/LHP with a 5-5 115 lb. frame from Madison, IN who attends Madison Consolidated. Compact, wiry build with more physical gains in store. Ran a 7.98 in the sixty. Outfielder, confident charge plays it on a hop well. Good feet and clean funnels. Solid intent in the arm path, developing with accuracy to the bag. Also pitched, works from a steeper over-the-top slot from the left side. Bit open on front side. Fastball played true with solid command to both halves. Looser breaking ball with 1-7 shape that can develop. Worked with good tempo on the hill. Left-handed hitter, even base and leg lift timing with high hand set. Stays short and makes consistent contact. Gets barrel on plane and worked up the middle. Good quickness and intent to the hands, fundamentals to work with as he matures. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
