Ian Evert is a 2027 3B/RHP, 2B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Bloomfield Hills, MI, who attends Orchard Lake St. Marys Prep. A medium frame and medium build with athleticism. Projectable frame moving forward. Ran a 7.60 60-yard dash. A primary third baseman who moved well with throws across the infield that were accurate at 72 mph. Got it done with a smooth glove and softer hands showing. Has some range working to the middle of the infield. Projectable actions in the infield overall. A right-handed hitter with a narrow base, low hands, and low back elbow. He was able to square the ball up and work to the middle of the field for his best contact during his round of BP. Was able to get extended at times, but overall was able to stay short and simple to the ball. Shifts his weight and jumps on it. Produced a 78 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. A right-handed pitcher who worked from the first base side of the rubber with a closed foot set. Hands started around the belt as he worked into a short leg lift. Had a higher three-quarters arm slot. Sinks into his backside as he works into his motion. His fastball worked 68-70 mph. Showed a curveball and changeup in the mix as well. Killed spin on the changeup as well.
