Jared Chorlins is a 2025 1B/OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Chesterfield, MO, who attends Parkway Central. A bigger frame with a slender build. Ran a 7.65 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman who had two-handed fielding closed to the front foot, getting the hands out front to work through it with the glove. Had clean actions and footwork around the base. He was direct to the ball with efficient movements and a clean exchange. Made the plays well. Threw 71 mph across the diamond. A left-handed hitter with a wider base and a toe-tap trigger to get on time. Higher set hands and a high back elbow with a smooth finish on the swing. His hands move back slightly as he loads before he rotates hard through contact with strength at impact. Did a good job impacting the ball well during his round of BP swings, with some ability to lift showing. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
