Michael Gough is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-8 194 lb. frame from Lincroft, NJ who attends Middletown South. Thick build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a tall and open stance with a hanging leg raise trigger, foot can be late getting down at times, gets good separation and extension in his swing, has strength at contact and can drive the ball gap to gap, has the strength to develop as a hitter. 5.79 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, is aggressive to the ball but still developing his footwork into his throws, long arm action. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with a high 3/4's arm slot, long arm action with an early hand/glove separation. Fastball topped out at 71 mph to go with a soft curveball. Good student.
