Tyler Korsten is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Scarsdale, NY who attends Scarsdale Senior. Lean, slender frame with long levers and plenty of room to add strength. Recorded a 7.23 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set. Comes and gets it fine, moves through the baseball with intent and transitions cleanly into release. Produced fairly accurate throws with some developing arm strength up to 78 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a crouched stance with wrapped high hands and a small stride into launch. Contact oriented stroke with flatter swing path and consistent bat-to-ball skills. Used whole field well and will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student. Named to the 2023 13/14U Fall Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
