Austin Southall is a 2010 OF/P with a 6'2'', 208 lb. frame from Baton Rouge, LA who attends University HS. Solid strong athletic build. Plays much faster than 60 time would dictate, gets good breaks and routes, showed good arm strength as well. Displayed bat speed and power, ball jumps off his bat, can send the ball deep, square stance, good hitting actions, ability to center ball against velocity. Extreme power potential. Possible early draft interest. Verbally committed to LSU.
