Luca Tamburello is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-10 148 lb. frame from Loretto, ON who attends . Tamburello ran a 7.51 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Catcher with a medium athletic frame with some more room to fill. Starting with a higher set hips with an even foot set up catching the ball softly out in front. Staying back on throw downs working around the plate with an over the top arm action with plenty of accuracy on a hop to second base. He showed developing arm strength topping out at 67mph on throw downs. Secondary outfield coming through the ball while fielding it off to the side with a clean glove to hand transfer. Tucking the glove into a short compact arm stroke releasing from the ear with accuracy to the bases. Left handed hitter with a Medium open foot base with a hanging leg lift trigger. The hands rotate into slot at load while presenting some tilt to the barrel through the zone driving the ball to all fields. Luca is an excellent student in the classroom.
