Maximus Herrera is a 2027 SS/RHP, C with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Ontario, CA who attends Damien. Medium build. Semi-generic delivery with limited pace or push down the slope. Clean full swing arm stroke with high three-qaurters slot. Lived in and around the zone with the low 70's fastball. Creates decent depth to the overhand breaking ball. In the outfield, He shows methodical approach to the fielding point, big gather as he fields. Developing arm speed, strength and projection remains. Behind the plate, he gets upright out of the crouch with limited ground gained to the target. One hop accuracy from an uphill throwing action. 2.31 pop time. Right-handed hitter, medium base and toe tap trigger. The compact bat path shows some speed to impact. Generates power well from the lower half. Approach works on a line through the middle with some pull side power present. 8.15 60-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
