Nicholas Halcovitch is a 2025 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Waterdown, ON. Features a tall, lanky build with room to add. Ran an 8.05 60-yard dash. Worked out on the infield. Showcased a patient approach on ground balls. Can make the routine play. Still developing consistent glove timing at the catchpoint. Threw 75 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance with hand hitch timing mechanism. Swings on a lofted path. Still developing consistent barrel feel and body control. Right-handed pitcher. Lands with a slight crossfire landing. Throws strikes consistently. Fastball sat 70-73 mph. Projects well for more down the line. Pairs it with a short, upper-60’s slider. Generates quick outs with both offerings.
