Blake Cope is a 2026 OF/1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Zionsville, IN who attends Zionsville Community. Cope ran a 7.00 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary outfield with a tall athletic frame with some strength present throughout. Working with a quick first step to the ball attacking it to the side with a higher aggressive crow hop in the outfield. Coming from a higher 3/4s slot with some cary on the throws and accuracy on the throws to bases. Secondary first base has feel around the base with solid footwork and two handed funnel to exchange. Long loose arm action with throws that peaked at 75mph. Left handed hitter with a wide open footed base with a higher leg lift trigger. Creating plenty of whip with advanced bat speed and some loft to the swing through the zone which helps generate some Strength to the pull side. Blake was named to the 2023 Nashville Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
