Christian Balkcom is a 2025 OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Wheatley Heights, NY who attends Holy Trinity. Balkcom flashed immediate athleticism to start his event by posting a 6.85 sixty yard dash. From his primary OF spot, he displayed a shorter compact arm action with intent to work on top of throws. He has time to refine the footwork with additional arm strength developing, currently topping out at 59 mph. Offensively, the righty started from an even base with a tight hand set and high back elbow, using a toe tap trigger to generate contact to the middle of the field. Flashed hand speed through the zone with further consistency coming as barrel control improves. Posted an exit velo of 82 mph.
