Samuel Antevil is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Highland, MD who attends River Hill. Medium current frame with some twitch to his action and present strength and more time to refine his physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in a solid 6.94 seconds. Primary outfielder on defense, tends to stop his momentum to throw, throws from a long and low multi-part arm action, needs to get on top of the ball to improve his carry and accuracy. Right handed hitter, hits from a no stride approach, stays on his back side and swings hard with an uphill swing plane, has some bat speed, best contact to right center field, has some hitting tools to develop. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a long off line arm stroke, high 3/4's arm slot that would benefit him in his throwing from the outfield, tends to open his front side early and get outside the ball on release. Threw only fastballs, topped out at 81 mph with some cutting action due to his mechanics. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
