Fangul is a Juco catcher with a strong body and definite MLB ability. He has a very strong arm and cat like quickness behind the plate. Threw 82 mph and a 1.87 pop time in the workouts. He can catch in pro ball. He showed a short compact swing with excellent bat speed. It's a real nice swing with wood that should allow him a chance to be a productive hitter in pro ball. He shows good instincts and feel for the game. Appears to be a smart player who makes good decisions. He's got a chance to develop into a Big League catcher.
