2004 National Underclass Dec 28-30
Fulton is a 6-3 junior from Virginia and the son of Perfect Game staff member Frank Fulton. He’s starting to fill out his slender frame but looks like he’s going to be a late maturing young man physically. Fulton has some speed right now (7.29 in the 60) and has a good running stride underway. He played infield in Fort Myers but we’ve seen him play outfield in the past and think that this is his best future position. At the plate, Fulton showed some hand strength and gap to gap power in batting practice. He generates initial bat speed with a level swing plane but tends to get out on his front side very quickly and get wristy out front. Fulton is a good student who likes to play and is going work hard on his game.
