Fitz is a slender, very projectable 6-3 right hander with excellent potential. He has broad shoulders and long arms and legs. Fitz throws from an easy, balanced delivery that he repeats well and a loose mid ¾’s release point. Fitz’s fastball was 84-86 mph in Fort Myers, with lots of late explosive boring action to it. All the Perfect Game scouts agreed that Fitz probably threw harder on a regular basis. His curveball varied between 66 and 73 mph and showed better spin and bite to it at the slower velocities and he also mixed in an effective 75 mph change up. This young man has a very bright future on the mound. He’s also a top student. He even showed excellent athletic ability and ran a 6.87 - 60. Justin can really pitch and he's going to be very successful in college or pro baseball.
