Dillon Howard is a 2011 RHP with a 6'2'', 200 lb. frame from Searcy, AR who attends Searcy HS. Strong well proportioned build, has matured well physically in last year. Easy delivery, arm works smoothly. FB touched 92 mph, pitched the night before so much more velo in there, we've seen 95 last year. SL was tight and sharp at times, potential plus MLB pitch, flashed change up. Top 2011 talent who could become early draft pick in 2011.
