Yuta Okazaki is a 2010 SS/P with a 5'8'', 138 lb. frame from Riverside, CT who attends Greenwich. Yuta has a lean body, he has solid range in the IF, smooth footwork, good hands with a quick release, solid arm and accurate throws. He hits from an open stance, has a toe-tap trigger, line drive swing plane, solid bat speed, contact approach, and good balance at the plate. Also pitched, 3/4 slot, mixed 4 pitches well, 11/5 CB, 10/4 SL, run and sink on CH, throws lots of strikes. Very solid overall. He is a very good student.
