2008 National Underclass - Main Event
Douglas Lambert is a 2010 RHP with a 5'11'', 205 lb. frame from Merritt Island, FL who attends Merritt Island HS. Stocky strong build, fairly mature. Long arm action, tends to fall off at release, some effort, pitches with his fastball, throws strikes, FB tops at 77 mph, mostly straight, CB has good spin, some tight 2 plane break, has to work to corners to be effective. Strength gives him some hitting tools, solid LD contact, good balance hitting, flashes some pop. Very good student.
