Darien McLemore is a 2012 MIF/3B with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Carroll HS. Short stocky build, good strength, physically resembles his father, former ML infielder Mark McLemore. Switch hitter, aggressive swing with busy hand load both sides, gets coiled and loaded, has bat speed from both sides, bit shorter to the ball with better hands from the left side, might benefit from simplifying approach. 7.00 runner, second base tools and actions.
