2012 Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Luke Hammerberg is a 2013 C/UT with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Cedar Rapids, IA who attends Xavier HS. Medium frame, some present strength with room to fill. Short load, balanced, looks to pull, aggressive on fastballs. Fluid swing, simple mechanics, polished swing, line drive plane, drives through the baseball. Low setup receiving, good footwork on catch & throw, good extension, polished catch and throw skills. Very good student.
