Rafael Salgueiro is a 2011 MIF/3B with a 5-7, 150 lb. frame from Cutler Bay, FL who attends Miami Southridge HS. Athletic build, room to fill out some. Aggressive hitting approach, line-drive contact, shows good bat speed, ball jumps some off the bat, will improve with slight adjustments in approach. Clean infield actions, solid, feet work. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, easy arm action, good feel for change-up. Solid student.
