Joe Cronin is a 2012 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Scarborough, ME who attends Scarborough. Cronin has a slender athletic body. Even stance at the plate, quiet approach, flat and rotational swing, mid-field contact. Soft hands in the infield, solid actions, throws on run well, carry on throws. Also pitched and impressed on the mound, lightning quick arm, clean arm action, life on fastball, very nice slider, very tight spin, late action, has feel for it, attacks hitters with both pitches. He is a good student as well.
