Oscar Mercado is a 2013 SS/ with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Gaither HS. Long loose athletic build, some wiry strength with more to come. 6.61 runner, very fluid and easy defensive actions, very quick and soft hands, everything balanced and athletic, big arm strength from deep shortstop, very high level defensive tools.
