Hunter Carey is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from North Hampton, NH who attends Phillips Exeter Academy. Strong athlete with length and room to continue to add muscle. Good fielder in outfield, has feel and footwork comes easily. Smooth arm action with extension. Online with more arm strength to come. Left handed hitter, upright approach, stays inside of ball, gets bat head out front and lets it work for him. Good balance, line drive swing plane, has idea at plate and swing projects well. Good student.
