Bryce Carter is a 2014 C/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Tulsa, OK who attends Cascia Hall Prep. Strong well proportioned athletic build, room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, spread balanced stance, limited shift, simple swing mechanics with direct path to the ball, very good bat speed, consistently squares the ball up hard, good loose extension out front, has big raw power, polished hitter who performs. 7.28 runner, quick feet behind the plate, moves well laterally, nice footwork throwing the ball, loose strong arm, accurate throws, game throws in drills, 1.90 in drills, 1.96 in games. Not a flashy player but very solid in all aspects and bat performs at a high level. Very good student, verbal commitment to Stanford. Selected to the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
