Eric Furphy is a 2015 MIF/RHP with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Lambert HS. Very slender young build, developing strength. 7.46 runner, high energy defensive player, shows quick feet and some range, developing arm strength, tools to develop. Right handed hitter, starts with hands still and tight with body, all hand swing with no lower half use or weight shift, opposite to mid field contact. Also pitched, simple delivery, easy effort, short arm action, 3/4's release, fastball to 72 mph, flashes depth to 11/5 curveball, threw strikes and worked ahead.
