Dalton Light is a 2015 SS/OF/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends The Westminster Schools. Slender athletic build, room to get stronger. Polished middle infield defensive skills, shows high level athleticism and very good range at shortstop, good footwork, charges the ball very well, quick hands, arm strength solid. Right handed hitter, late pull back load, has hand quickness, fluid loose swing, some present bat speed, back side tends to fly out during swing costing more bat speed and balance, has tools to keep improving offensively. Also pitched, rotational delivery, 3/4's arm slot, fastball topped at 84 mph, good slider with nice depth at times. Defense and athleticism in the middle infield stood out. Good student.
