Luke Bonfield is a 2014 OF/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Skillman, NJ who attends Immaculata HS. Strong slender athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, big leg raise load, gets his foot down most of the time, very good raw bat speed, showed an outstanding ability to see the ball and adjust to different pitches, hard contact to all fields against tough off-speed pitches and big velocity inside, smoked balls all over the field in games and showed big power, best contact is to right centerfield, showed pull power in batting practice. Advanced hitting tools and ability to barrel up. Runs well and plays hard. Good student.
