Cody Brickhouse is a 2015 3B/RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Sarasota, FL who attends Sarasota. Brickhouse has a long lean build with room to fill out. Hits from a slightly open stance. Sound hitting approach, barrel stays in hit zone, has power potential with good extension through ball. Makes good contact. Defensively, ball carries from both OF and INF spots, has good hands and good actions at both as well. Also pitched, 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. Attacks hitters with a fastball that has late life. Mixes in a change up that has sink and a late breaking slider with bite. Holds runners well and has good mound presence. Good Student.
