Collin Edwards is a 2013 OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Arnold, MO who attends Seckman HS. Long, athletic build with strength, projects well. Loose, easy athleticism in OF, fields well and has foot speed. Very good arm strength. Arm actions is short. Mechanics are easy and repeatable. Arm will play at all three OF spots. Very good defensive outfielder. Shows bat speed at the plate. Square stance with a quiet approach and aggressive approach. Does a good job of taking bat directly to ball. Good balance and hip rotation, gap to gap hitter with power potential. Very interesting follow. Good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
