Walker Reese is a 2015 LHP with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Lake Travis HS. Long and lean high waisted build, lots of room to get stronger, projects well. Full delivery with lots of moving parts, deep arm action with over the top release, shows the ball to the hitters. Fastball topped at 83 mph, lots of fastball life both cutting and running depending on location, movement gets the ball off barrels. Big slow downer curveball, tends to slow arm on release, change up is soft with a screwball effect, settled down and threw strikes and got hitters to swing the bats. Good student.
