Billy Clemens is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Tempe, AZ who attends Corona Del Sol HS. Large athletic build, good present strength. Big arm swing delivery, over the top release, throws down hill, some effort at release. Fastball topped at 84 mph, mostly straight, looks to have more velocity in his arm. 12/6 downer curveball, fair spin and depth, throws curveball for strikes effectively, has some feel for pitching. Right handed hitter, square stance, long swing with some backside collapse, shows some mid field to pull power at times, tends to pull off the ball. Made all the plays at first base. Good student.
